8Five2 Restobar is on Observatory Road in Tsim Sha Tsui — Shop 2, G/F, 8 Observatory Road. An industrial-chic Mexican with a big bar, semi-open street seating and over 1,000 OpenRice reviews. It’s one of the most popular Mexican restaurants in Hong Kong, and one of the few that consistently lets dogs onto the outdoor section.
